Extended Disney World Time – Magic Kingdom

We extended our trip by a couple of extra days to soak up a bit more Disney magic, and on Monday we headed back to Magic Kingdom for another round of fun. First on our list was the TRON Lightcycle / Run—and it did not disappoint! This thrilling mix of outdoor and indoor roller coaster action quickly became one of our all-time favorites. We loved it so much, we hopped right back in line for a second ride before breaking for lunch.

For lunch, we stumbled upon a character buffet—and to our delight, it featured the beloved Winnie the Pooh characters, who hold a special place in both our hearts. We couldn’t believe our luck! We got to meet Pooh, Tigger, Piglet, and Eeyore, collecting their signatures and snapping photos with each of them. It was such a joyful and nostalgic experience—easily the most fun and memorable lunch of the entire week!

Even after a big lunch, I couldn’t resist trying the coconut Dole Whip—and I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious and the perfect tropical treat on a warm Disney day.

Afterward, we made our way to Animal Kingdom to catch the Festival of the Lion King show. The performance was full of vibrant costumes, amazing singing and dancing, and acrobatics that felt like a mini Cirque du Soleil—it was truly spectacular!

To wrap up our final park day, we headed to EPCOT for one last adventure on our favorite ride: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. It’s such an incredible experience that we didn’t hesitate to wait nearly two hours just to ride it again!

Although we’re sad to say goodbye to this magical trip, we’re leaving with hearts full of joy, unforgettable memories, and plenty of photos and moments I can’t wait to capture in one of Stampin’ Up!’s scrapbooking kits!
