The dahlia flower from the new Regarding Dahlias stamp set is so striking!   I made this card as my third and final swap for convention and I think it was the most popular!  I used the new Pretty Print embossing folder that is now available from the Holiday Mini Catalog.  It is pretty, isn’t it?
