How to Make a Fun and Easy Easel Card!
Create this fun and easy easel card with the new Tulips Fields stamp set and Windmill Fields Dies that are part of the new Flowering Fields Suite of Products!
I thought the Windmill would look great as part of an easel card. It’s so fun to stand the card up and have the windmill wheel spinning – yes, the wheel can spin! So fun! I love cards that move!
Start by scoring an 11″ x 4-1/4″ piece of Thick Basic White at 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″. Stamp the tulip fields with Fresh Freesia, Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather. Use the edge of the stamp to line up the flowers and don’t worry if the spacing isn’t perfect – it is super hard to line up perfectly and the card will still look great!
Use Pool Party ink and a Blending Brush to color the top of the card and create the sky. Stamp some clouds in Pool Party. Add a a sentiment to the inside of the card with a dimensional to create a stop for the card to rest on.
