Spring Scalloped Treats

Here are some fun little treats I made using the Scallop Tag Topper!  Fun and easy to make, perfect for Spring! I used a piece of 2″ x 8’1/2″ card stock and scored at 4″ and 4-1/2″.  Then I used the Designer Frames embossing folders and oval punch to create the oval.  I used the Scalloped Tag Topper punch for the tops and a retired slot punch to slide the ribbon through.
