Valentine’s Lollipop Treat Tag Holders

I made some cute Lollipop Holders with the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and Tags 4 You stamp set (which is still available!).  These are quick, easy, and a cute way to treat your friends to something sweet!
I started with a 2″ x 8-1/2″ strip of card stock and scored at 3-1/2″ and 5″.  Then I punched the top and bottom and threaded some ribbon through and tied the ribbon and lollipop together with the silver ribbon.
