Zesty Birthday Card
I finally got to play with the Sweet Citrus bundle to create this zesty birthday card! It is so cool to stamp the citrus and emboss it – I love how it turns out with the citrus texture on it! The Flowers & More Host Designer Series Paper is perfect for this card so I added just a hint on the card base. Then I added a 3-3/4″ x 5″ embossed piece of Granny Apple Green card stock to show off the whole embossing folder. Next I used a Blending Brush to add a bit of Granny Apple green ink to a Deckled Rectangle. I wrapped some of the Crinkled White Ribbon around the card and then I stamped the zesty sentiment in Granny Apple Green. I used dimensionals to pop up the rectangle and the limes and leaves. I think the In Color Matte Dots (on sale!) add a nice touch to finish off the card. Stay tuned for my grapefruit card next!
