Beachy Seaside Wishes Box
I created this beachy Seaside Wishes box for the Stampin’ Up! Mexico incentive trip 3D swap. I made a few extra to give away as gifts to friends and I forgot to save one for myself so I recreated it because I luckily took a picture of it before the trip.
Here is a template for the box:
I recommend stamping the box before scoring to get a nice, clean and crisp image because it is harder to achieve this when stamping on scored lines. After stamping, score the box and then use a ruler to hand score the diagonals on the sides. Adhere the box together and then punch holes in the top making sure to only punch through two layers of card stock and not four. Tie some twine or ribbon in a bow to hold the top together.
To stamp the sand dollars, use a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/5″ scrap piece of a darker colored card stock and the embossing folder with the die inside to cut out a template. Use the template to stamp the large and small sand dollars in Crumb Cake on a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/5″ Basic White piece card stock. Then line the sand dollars up with the die in the embossing folder to cut out the sand dollars. Adhere them to the front of the box with dimensionals. Stamp the sentiment in Night of Navy and use the label from the Unbounded Beauty dies to cut it out. Stamp in Boho Blue and cut out the small starfish. Adhere to the top of the sentiment with a glue dot. Add some of the Flat-Backed Pearls.
