Beautiful Balloons Double Z-Fold Card

Create a double z-fold card with the NEW Beautiful Balloons bundle in the Bright & Beautiful Suite from the NEW Catalog! The floating balloons are hiding a fun birthday message behind them! I love all the bright and pretty returning and new colors in the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper! There are so many fun colors to play with. I decided that the Lemon Lime Twist card stock paired nicely with the bright rainbow striped sheet of Designer Series Paper. I scored an 11″ x 4-1/4″ and an 11″ x 1-1/2″ piece of card stock at 2-3/4″ and 5-1/2″. I added a Lemon Lime watercolor wash design to the inside of the card.

Next, I adhered the 11″ x 1-1/2″ piece to the bottom of the card with the scores on the opposite side of the card. Then I adhered a 2-1/2″ x 4″ piece of the rainbow design over both layers to create a seemingly seamless front. I added three 2-1/2″ x 1-1/4″ pieces to the bottom piece. Then I stamped the sentiments and used the Stylish Shapes and new Timeless Arrangements dies to cut them out. I stamped confetti on all the balloons and adhered the large balloons to a 1/2″ x 2″ window sheet to make them appear to float. Then I hid the sentiment and small balloons behind the large balloons.
