Classic Cloche Cute Birds Card

Make this Christmas card with the Classic Cloche stamp set and Cloche Dies! Use the Wintry 3D Embossing folder (It comes in a set of two – the other embossing folder is snowflakes!) to add some pine tree texture to the Smoky Slate card stock. I love the deep texture the 3D embossing folders add to the card stock!

Here a little trick: Add a 1″ strip of the Tidings of Christmas Designer Series Paper to the left side to cover the unembossed part since the pine trees do not line up to emboss next to each other.

Stamp the cloche and then the birds in Basic Gray ink. The stamp set also includes stamps to color in the birds and leaves! Then “color” the birds with Smoky Slate and the leaves with Mint Macaron. (Watch video for tips).

Add some of the velvet Mint Macaron ribbon – so soft – to the top of the cloche. And use the Stitched So Sweetly Dies to make a label for the sentiment! What do you think? I hope you like my simple Classic Cloche card!
