How to Create an Alcohol Ink Background with the Inspired Thoughts Stamp Set!

Here are two different ways to create an alcohol ink background card on vellum with the Inspired Thoughts stamp set and Inspiring Canopy Dies! The first way is to use the Blends markers. Add spots of color randomly on the vellum until all the vellum is covered. Then you can either use the Stampin’ Spritzer filled with rubbing alcohol or a water painter filled with alcohol to make the inks blend and run together for a super cool looking background! The second way is to use ink refills to drop different dots of color all over the vellum and then use the Spritzer or Water Painter to spread the ink around the vellum. Use the heat tool to not only dry the ink, but also move the ink around the vellum.

Attach the vellum to a similar sized piece of Basic White card stock with an Adhesive sheet so that there is no adhesive showing! Then add the trees and sentiment!
