How to Make a Dragonfly Garden Pendulum Card!
Create a pendulum card with the Dragonfly Garden stamp set and Dragonflies Punch! Start with an 8-1/2″ x 4-1/4″ piece of card stock scored at 4-1/4″ and attach a piece of 4-3/4″ x 4-1/4″ scored at 4-1/4″. Decorate with some 4″ x 4″ pieces of the Dandy Garden Designer Series Paper. Use the third largest circle from the Layering Circle Dies to cut out the center of the last panel. Follow the video tutorial below for the rest of the instructions!
