How to Make a Dressed to Impress Shaker Card!

Make a fun shaker card using Stampin’ Up!’s Dressed to Impress Suite!

• Start with a window sheet a a die cut out, like the perfume from the All Dressed Up Dies.
• Attach window sheet to die cut sheet
• Use foam strips all around the die cut image on the backside.
• Stamp images on back piece of cardstock and add sequins
• Attach foam strips to the back piece
