How to Make a Pearlized Background with the Seashells Embossing Folder
Create a pearlized background with the Seashells embossing folder and the retiring shimmer paint. Simply use a sponge dauber to rub the shimmer paint over the embossed card stock to create the pearlized look! Then add your seashells and embellishments!
