Make an easy watercolor background with Shimmery White card stock and a Water Painter! Start by spreading some water on the card stock and then add a little ink at a time in swirls. Wait until dry and then stamp the stars on top. Then add the super cute hippo, some balloons, and the cute hippo greeting.
