Partial Reveal Card
For this partial reveal card, I used the Basic Borders dies. There are six dies to choose from. I chose the zig zag die so that I could also use another piece of card stock with the same edge. To create the same edge, I used a 3-1/2″ x 5-1/4″ piece of card stock and lined up the edges on the 5-1/4″ side making sure to center it on the card base. Then when I used the die to cut the two pieces of card stock together, it creates a matching edge.
For the flowers, I started with Orchid Oasis ink. I inked the stamp, stamped off, and then added some of the same ink around the edges with a sponge dauber. For the yellow flowers I used Lemon Lolly and Daffodil Delight using the same process. I did the same process with the leaves in Parakeet Party and then sponged in Granny Apple Green. I added a 1″ x 5-1/2″ strip of Designer Series Paper on the inside edge of the card to highlight the edge.
