Christmas Easel Card

Create this Christmas easel card with the Merriest Trees bundle and the A Walk in the Forest Designer Series Paper. This bonus Designer Series Paper coordinates with the Merriest Trees dies! Use the dies to cut out the trees on the Designer Series Paper. I used the trees in my Beary Cute Christmas cards. For this card, I decided to use the richly colored Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler sheets. I used one for the inside and the other for the outside.

For the tree, I inked the stamp in Garden Green for the top of the tree and then stamped on the Sketched Plaid background stamp to create a plaid pattern on the tree. I did the same with the bottom of the tree in Shaded Spruce ink. I love the Stitched tag die in the Merriest Trees dies so I added the finished tree to the tag and colored the Red & Gold Ribbon with a Dark Cherry Cobbler Blends Marker and tied it to the tag.
