Pointed Gatefold Card
Create a pointed gatefold card with the Changing Leaves Hybrid bundle, the Countryside Corners dies and the Countryside Blossoms Designer Series Paper. Using a monochromatic color scheme with Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy creates a lovely contrast that really allows the leaf to pop as the focal point.
Slip the belly band off to reveal a coordinating shape with sentiment and leaf inside.
Start with an 11″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Misty Moonlight and score at 2-3/8″ x 6-5/8″. Then mark the sides at 2-3/4″ and cut from the top and bottom score lines to the 2-3/4″ mark to create the points.
Next, use the second and third largest Countryside Corner dies for the belly band and inside. Then, stamp the sentiment in Misty Moonlight on the inside die cut out.
And now stamp the leaf in Misty Moonlight ink and cut out with the dies and then stamp the medium leaf in Boho Blue and cut out. Adhere with dimensionals to the inside. Mask the edge of the
Stamp “Thank you” and cut out with the long label die with the sentiment on the left. Cut it again, placing the die to cut off the excess and running it through the Die cutting and embossing machine halfway and then backing it out to shorten the length of the label. Adhere with dimensionals.
