Radiant Sunflowers Fun Fold Card Featuring the Sunflower Fields Suite
There’s nothing better than a fun fold that looks impressive but also gives you a great opportunity to show off beautiful Designer Series Paper!
For today’s card, I used Stampin’ Up!’s Sunflower Fields Suite and Radiant Sunflowers Bundle to create this clever fun fold design. One of my favorite things about this fold is that it allows you to see both sides of the Designer Series Paper—so there’s no having to decide which pretty pattern to hide!
The sunflower-patterned paper peeks out along the front edges of the card, while the coordinating dotted pattern becomes a big part of the inside design when the card opens. It’s such a fun surprise!
For the focal point, I created a cheerful layered sunflower with the Radiant Sunflowers dies and added it to the largest Stylish Shapes circle with the “Thinking of You” greeting. A few sparkly embellishments add just the right finishing touch.
I also carried a strip of the sunflower Designer Series Paper onto the inside of the card. I love adding a little something inside—it makes the entire card feel more finished and special.
This is one of those card layouts you’ll want to save because you can recreate it over and over again with different Designer Series Papers and stamp sets. It’s especially perfect for those papers where you love BOTH sides and can’t bear to cover one up!
