Spooky Halloween Milk Carton Boxes
I couldn’t resist turning this spooky paper into a Halloween treat box! 🎃👻
The tree design in Stampin’ Up!’s Frightfully Fun Designer Series Paper immediately inspired me to create these Halloween milk carton boxes. Those bare, twisty branches were just begging to become part of a fun little treat holder!
I designed my own milk carton box template specifically so that it uses just half of a 12″ x 12″ sheet of Designer Series Paper. That means you can make TWO milk carton boxes from one sheet! I love finding ways to make the most of our beautiful Designer Series Paper, especially when you’re creating several treats for friends, neighbors, coworkers, classrooms, or Halloween parties.
I made two different versions using the Frightfully Fun Suite and Web of Fun Bundle. One features the orange spooky tree pattern with black bats and a “Very Spooky” tag, while the other uses the moody gray tree paper with a fun “BOO for you” tag. Of course, I had to finish them off with black ribbon for an extra touch of Halloween drama!
Here is the template I created.
These boxes are a great size for filling with candy, chocolates, or another little Halloween surprise, and the milk carton shape makes the packaging part of the fun.
One of my favorite things about creating 3D projects is looking at Designer Series Paper and imagining what it could become. In this case, one spooky sheet of paper turned into the inspiration for the entire project!
