Halloween Coffin Treat Boxes with Everyday Arches Dies
I love creating boxes, especially when I can take a die that was designed for one purpose and turn it into something completely unexpected!
For these spooky Halloween treat boxes, I started with a simple pizza-style box and sized it to fit the Everyday Arches Dies. Once I added the arch shape to the top, I realized it made the perfect coffin box!
I decorated the boxes with products from the Frightfully Fun Suite and the Web of Fun Bundle. The black, white, and orange color combination is perfect for Halloween, and the spiders, bats, bows, and bold “Happy Halloween” greetings give each box its own personality.
One version features bright orange Halloween lettering with a black spider crawling across the front. For the other, I switched things up with black lettering, an orange “Happy,” and several little bats. I love how different they look even though they started with the same basic box!
And of course, the best part is what’s inside. These little coffin boxes are just the right size for Halloween candy and treats. I filled mine with chocolate nuggets, but you could also add small candies, gift cards, or other little surprises.
Here is the template I created to fit the third largest Everyday Arches die perfectly.
The coffin box was actually just one of several Halloween treat containers I shared during my LIVE last Thursday. I also created a milk carton box and another fun treat box using the Frightfully Fun Suite and Web of Fun Bundle.
