How to Color a Stamp! Tasteful Touches Card
There are many ways to color a stamp! One way is to use sponge daubers like I did for this card. Use as many colors as you like and sponge them on the stamp. Quickly stamp or huff on the stamp to add some moisture to the ink. Coloring on stamps creates a beautiful array of colors on your image!
Other ways you can color on stamps are with markers, blends, sponges, markers and then spritz with water for a watercolor effect, and I am sure there are more!
The flower from the Tasteful Touches stamp set is perfect for this technique. I used Petal Pink, Rococo Rose, and Gray Granite with sponge daubers. I love the tri-color look of the flowers. So pretty!
I must also point out that the In Good Taste Suite which includes the Tasteful Touches stamp set and Tasteful Labels Dies is one of my favorites in the new catalog. The In Good Taste Designer Series Paper has amazing wood, textile, tile, stone and other designs. And the Tasetful Textile 3D Embossing Folder that I used for this card is my current favorite because of its lovely subtle texture. And I can’t leave out the In Good Taste Wood Elements. They really add a nice touch to the card!
