A Spinning Sweet Ice Cream Card!

Create this spinning ice cream card with the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and Ice Cream Builder punch! Use the Layering Circles Dies to create a half circle for the ice cream to swing in. Use fishing wire to hang the spinning ice cream. Invisible thread will also work.
