Create this watercolored background card with the Art in Bloom stamp set and Bloom Dies! Use the Fluid 100 Watercolor paper for some fun with watercoloring. The watercolor paper offers more time to play with the water and ink to get nice light and dark areas of color. Stamp and die cut the flowers and leaves. Use the stem from the Timeless Tulips stamp set to stamp over the background and add the flowers and leaves with dimensionals.
