How to Make an Underwater Seascape Scene
Create this underwater scene card with the Seascape stamp set and Sea Life Dies! Use the Scalloped Contours Dies to create a water template to use to make the waves with a Blending Brush and Pacific Point ink. Stamp the sand on some Pearlized Paper for a shimmery look to the sand. Cut the seahorse out of the Ombre Glimmer Paper and the coral and fishes out of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper.
