Halloween Pull Card

Create a fun Halloween pull card with the Bag of Bones stamp set and dies and the Them Bones Designer Series Paper. Just pull the top of the skeleton’s head and up he comes with his legs coming out from the bottom!

I created a little mechanism underneath the Trick or Treat for the skeleton. Start by cutting the skeleton out of the Them Bones Designer Series Paper and cutting him in half. Then adhere him on two tombstones die cuts from the Bag of Bones dies– one for the top of the skeleton and one for the bottom.

Use the Hexagon punch to punch just 1/2″ in on both ends of a 2″ x 3-1/4″ of Basic Black card stock to create a track for a strip of cello to wrap around. Cut a 6″ x 8″ cello bag to measure 16″ long x 1″ wide. Wrap the cut cello around the track and tape together with Scotch tape. Watch the video tutorial below for more instructions.

Adhere the top skeleton to the front of the cello by placing it where only the head is showing behind the Trick or Treat. Adhere the bottom of the skeleton to the back of the cello by lining it up with the bottom of the Basic Black card stock. Test to make sure the the skeleton glides smoothly.

Adhere the basic Black card stock to the Trick or Treat with mini dimensionals on both sides. Make sure that none of the dimensionals impede the movement of the cello and skeletons. Then use the Foam Adhesive strips on the sides of the Trick or Treat to adhere it to the card base.
