Mosaic Garden Card
I’ve been having so much fun creating with the new Mosaic Garden Suite from the Stampin’ Up! September–December Catalog! The beautiful mix of colors, florals, and patterns makes it so easy to create cards with lots of interest without making them complicated.
For this card, I started with a warm coral card base and added an embossed layer using the Lazy Daisy Embossing Folder. I love how those sweet daisies create an almost tone-on-tone background while adding so much texture!
The Designer Series Paper from the Mosaic Garden Suite really gets to be the star of this card. Instead of covering everything with one pattern, I layered several coordinating designs together and tore some of the edges for a little extra texture and dimension. It’s such an easy way to show off multiple patterns from a beautiful package of DSP on one card.
I added the sentiment, “My life is amazing because it includes you,” and finished it with a stamped flower and coordinating ribbon. The combination of the patterned paper, embossed daisies, ribbon, and little flower gives the card plenty of detail while still keeping the focus on that sweet message.
One of my favorite things about Stampin’ Up! suites is how easily everything coordinates. The colors, stamps, dies, paper, and embellishments take so much of the guesswork out of creating!
This card would be perfect for a friend, family member, or anyone you want to remind how much they mean to you.
